INTRODUCTION

We at Indeecon have develop Oil Bath with Magnetic Stirrer that is, high performance Laboratory instrument used for calibration of high temperature test ( up to 300®C )

CONSTRUCTION:

Oil Bath is made of PCGI & gap between two walls fitted with heat resistive ceramic wool insulation of high density. Heaters are designed as BLACK HEAT HEATERS ( Not red hot ), Heaters are insulated with ceramic beads, fibergrass Slewing & wounded on Inner pot externally that avoids direct contact of oil & churning of Oil, because of wounded Externally equally heated oil & minimize consumption of power.

Temprature Controller :

• Temperature is controlled through microprocessor based
• PID controller
